SYNNEX Information Technologies, Inc.

SYNNEX Information Technologies, Inc., a leading national distributor of microcomputers, storage products, networking products, communication products, systems, components and peripherals, was founded in 1980 by Robert Huang. In 1992, MiTAC International Corporation became a majority investor in SYNNEX. In March of 1997, SYNNEX purchased substantially all of the assets of Merisel FAB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Merisel, Inc. Assets included the ComputerLand franchise.

SYNNEX enhances the synergy among its organization by focusing on new product technologies, market opportunities, and diversified services such as franchise, aggregation and manugistics services.
